  • User needs to be an active Nepal Telecom mobile user in order to use WOWTIME service.

  • 3. Is WOWTIME accessible in Wi-Fi and Mobile Data Network?
  • Yes, WOWTIME is accessible in both Wi-Fi and Mobile Data Network. An additional data charge may occur upon using WOWTIME in the Mobile Data Network based on the subscribed mobile data plan.

  • 4. How will I subscribe the Premium TV channels in WOWTIME?
  • To subscribe Premium TV channels, please follow following steps:

    1. Login into WOWTIME app.
    2. Go to Live TV feature from home screen.
    3. Click on the “Subscribe” button on the top right corner of the LIVE TV screen.
    4. Select the desired TV pack subscription.
    5. Continue the buying process by clicking on “kinne” (buy) button.
    6. Enter the 6 digits verification code sent to your mobile inbox.
    7. Click on “pesh garne” (submit) button.

    Upon successful submission of valid verification code, now you can access to all the premium channels over WIFI until the TV pack expiration date.

  • 5. How do I pay for the Premium Channel subscription fee?
  • WOWTIME has made the payment process easy for you.  You are able to pay the Premium TV channels subscription fee directly from your mobile SIM balance. The mobile SIM balance shall be deducted only after the successful submission of the valid verification code provided through SMS.

  • 6. Is the Premium TV pack subscription fee auto deducted once subscribed to it?
  • No, the Premium TV pack subscription fee is only deducted upon the request and after the successful submission of the verification code by the user. No, charges shall be applied or deducted automatically from user.

  • 7. Do I have to subscribe in order to use WOWTIME in general?
  • No, WOWTIME is a FREE app with many FREE app features such as LIVE Nepali TV channels, Movies, Videos, News and Radio/FM. But, if any user wishes to watch any premium channel then user has to subscribe for Premium TV Channels only.
